The Publications Coordinator of the Joint Center for Housing Studies coordinates publications and outreach activities for a Harvard research Center with significant national visibility. Working with the team that develops the Center’s strategic communications goals, the Publications Coordinator is responsible for the production of content across multiple platforms (print and digital) to help the Center achieve its communications objectives and build its reputation as a national leader in housing research. Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Publications Coordinator provides a high level of expertise across a wide range of formats, in a fast-paced environment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work remotely. Flexible work options for this role will be discussed during the interview process. Any in-person work will be performed in an office setting in Cambridge, MA. Applications are accepted and encouraged from candidates not based in the Boston-Cambridge area, although the Publications Coordinator may need to commute to campus on occasion, and must also reside in one of our approved payroll states. Harvard registered payroll states currently include Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only).Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We regret that we cannot sponsor a work VISA. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
