Civil Litigation Associate:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, handle depositions, site inspections, court hearings, discovery, and trial preparations, demonstrating excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct depositions and site inspections.
• Attend court hearings.
• Prepare and respond to discovery.
• Assist in trials.
• Handle own caseload and build business relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• 5-8 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property or general liability defense litigation
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong skills in writing and analysis.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
