Position OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator will be a talented, assertive, high energy individual to help drive company growth through targeted marketing campaigns, social media and lead development.

Responsibilities include : - Desire to help military families- Become fluent in company messaging and confidently convey our value proposition while gaining the ability to overcome objections and respond to questions and concerns- Plan, develop and execute communications strategies that increase brand awareness and drive demand to presentations and events, virtual and live- Identify and maintain relationships with military and private organizations- Drive social media communications for marketing activities and recruiting events to increase traffic and promote attendance- Identify, plan and execute contact prospecting opportunities- Have a positive whatever-it-takes attitudeStrong organization, operational, and project management skills are a must.

Applicant must be able to effectively report and track marketing metrics and maintain data and reporting in CRM customer tracking database.
