Winco Window Company is Hiring a CAD Draftsman Near University, MO
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create production drawings for fabrication from project drawings or customer take-offs.
- Prepare manufacturing work order instructions and documents utilizing D’Calc and other company software as required. [will train].
- Prepare Purchase Orders to obtain needed materials.
- Written and verbal communications with inter-departmental contacts, sales representatives, and outside customers.
- Document all job-specific correspondence with both Internal and External Contacts.
- Other duties as directed by Management.
- Basic CADD skills; Knowledge of CADD beneficial to learning D’Calc.
- Computer literate in a windows-based environment. (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of window & door construction is a plus.
- Technical math, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience with radius in a manufacturing environment.
- Will provide training for company software.
- Associate’s degree preferred or related work experience.

- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop or crouch.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
- This is a full-time position.
- Non-Exempt with no supervisory responsibility.
- Hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8 hours per day.
- Overtime as needed.
