CyberCoders is Hiring an Assistant Project Manager/Project Engineer Near Upper Marlboro, MD
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in monitoring the progress of all projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Research and review project designs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure they are in compliance with all project documents and specifications.
- Collect and review all project documentation including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and invoices.
- Assist with the development of project progress reports.
- Visit job sites to inspect progress and monitor safety.
- Assist with the coordination and communication of project-related activities.
- Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain a budget for each project.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in engineering and construction project management.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Dry Utility, Wet Utility, Surface Restoration, Sealing, Wastewater, Drainage, Sanitary Lines, Roadways, Tapholes, Storm Water, Pavement, Parking Lots, Sewer, Infrastructure, and Highway work.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
