Summary
The Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader position's primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement : To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.
The LIT and Floor Leader performs a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by store management (e.
g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities). Works directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit new Teammates and provide leadership.
Compensation
$18-$20 / hr

Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related retail experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
