Monthly and quarterly bookkeeping for clients. Data entry into Quickbooks, including client checks and after the fact payroll.
Payroll and payroll tax deposit calculations, with quarterly payroll tax returns for clients.
Assist with organizing documents for tax preparation purposes.
Customer service assistance and answering telephones.
Various office administrative duties, including mailings, invoicing, scheduling and filings.
Computer skills include MS Word, Excel and Windows.
We are a small tax and accounting firm. This is a part-time position, very flexible. April-December hours typically 12-15 a week, three days a week. January-April typically 20-24 hours a week, four days a week. These would not be full days.
