The Opportunity
This role is critical to the company’s continued growth and drive toward being the best operational company in the cannabis industry. Reporting to the production supervisor, the production associate will complete daily tasks in the production and packaging department. The production department consists of handheld, semi automatic and automatic equipment that assist in the creation, labeling and packaging of finished products. The primary focus of this position will be to follow SOPs and the daily production schedule to assist in creating these products. Candidates must have a strong ownership mindset and a desire to contribute to the continued success of a rapidly growing business. This is ideal for goal-oriented individuals who are comfortable with the cannabis industry and who appreciate the growth potential that it presents
