RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The HR Manager is responsible for the recruitment process, accessing candidates, hiring, and onboarding open positions.
• Must be responsible for compensation, benefit administration, and Payroll.
• Responsible for organizational development, employee relations, performance management, learning and development.
• The HR Manager must recommend, develop, and implement policies approved programs.
• Responsible for executing HR policies, procedures and governmental laws and regulations.
• Must comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The HR Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree
• SHRM-CP, Human Resources Certificate, PHR or SPHR preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 4-7 years related experience in HR.
• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience in HR.
• Retail industry experience is a plus!
• Must be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, in HRIS, such as ADP Workforce
• Must build, create and maintain spreadsheets for budgets and other analyses.
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
