Position Summary
The Electrical Engineer designs and tests EV systems to be integrated into vintage cars. This includes selecting and evaluating electrical components including but not limited to motors, controllers, charging, batteries, and battery management systems. In addition, The Electrical Engineer will design and evaluate high voltage and 12-volt automotive wiring diagrams and harnesses. The Electrical Engineer will also design software and hardware solutions for integration of CAN enabled components.

Clean and well-organized unconditioned shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times requires ear plugs, use of eye protection, and/or occasional use of a respirator.
