Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest problems, and implementing appropriate treatments to eliminate pests. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
• Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each customer.
• Apply pest control products safely and effectively, following all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate with customers to explain treatment options, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Document all service activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on pest control techniques and industry developments.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times, including safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in pest control is preferred.
• Valid pest control license or certification (we can help get this!)
• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
