Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in . The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the coordination and management of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Duties:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates

- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation

- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of a project

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of concrete and civil construction

- Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of construction management principles and practices

- Familiarity with construction estimating and bidding processes

- Ability to read and interpret construction schematics and blueprints

- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
