The Wilner Group is Hiring a Procurement Manager Near Valley, NY

The Wilner group has partnered with our client, a family-owned and operated ramp manufacturing and installation company passionate about helping those in need. We are seeking a Procurement Manager to join their team at their Valley Cottage, NY location. This is a full-time, on-site position with a compensation of $80k-$100k.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure a stable and cost-effective supply chain. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize costs while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, market trends, and procurement best
  • practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
