We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. As a Physical Therapist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, helping individuals recover from injuries and improve their mobility and quality of life. ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for
- Evaluating patient's physical abilities and limitations, and developing personalized treatment plans based on their needs and goals.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and prevent further injury.
- Educating patients and their families on the therapeutic process, helping them understand their treatment plan and how to manage their physical condition.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Documenting patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to Physical Therapist Assistants and other junior staff.
- Staying updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy and integrating new treatment methods into practice.
- A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist license.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a medical setting.
- Excellent knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, and procedures.
- Exceptional patient care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
- Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to handle a high caseload and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
