The Help Group is seeking dynamic, qualified Facilitators, Spanish bilingual preferred, for our Wraparound programs located in Van Nuys CA (SPA 2) and Culver City (SPA 5). The Facilitators will perform assessments, develop Child and Family Teams and facilitate partnerships, strategies and interventions to engage families with the Wraparound teams and community liaisons. The Facilitators will also identify needs, facilitate Team Meetings, ensure the development of Child and Family Plans, and design and monitor strategies to ensure participation, compliance and cross-system collaboration. 

The Help Group's Wraparound Department is an innovative program designed to maintain at-risk children in their homes and avoid placement in institutions or other restrictive settings. Wraparound also assists families in acquiring the skills and resources they need to raise their children in safe, healthy and nurturing homes.

WHAT THE HELP GROUP IS LOOKING FOR: 

• Master's degree is preferred with a minimum of one year of experience in a community-based social service program working with emotionally disturbed children and adults; or
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work is required with 3 years of experience working with high-risk children/youth in either child welfare, probation or mental health systems in Wraparound
• Familiarity with principles of family-centered, strengths-based services and group facilitation
• Knowledge of the local community 
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred 
• Valid California Driver License with minimum 3 years' driving and clean driving record required
