Join Our Team for Full Clinical Autonomy in a Well-Established Private Practice!
All digital practice with the latest dental equipment, including CBCT, 3 Digital Scanners (iTero) and 3 CEREC Milling Machines. Fee For Service Only, Out of Network with all Private and State insurance. Implant focused office producing upward of $3.2 million per year with a collection rate consistently over 100%. Completely staffed with experienced team members eagerly anticipating the arrival of a new provider.

How You'll Succeed:
  • Embrace the opportunity to join a well-established practice dedicated to putting patients first.
  • Provide high-quality dental care, including the delivery of diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical dental care services to patients, placing and restoring 25 Implants per month.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
  • Adhere to established procedures and all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians, and support staff while maintaining patient records according to compliance standards.
  • Utilize modern dental technologies to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Must have a Dental degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
  • Experience: Demonstrate clinical proficiency in various dental procedures, strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using modern dental technologies and a willingness to stay updated through continuous education are essential.
  • Communication: Strong ability to effectively communicate with patients and dental team is fundamental. Clear and compassionate communication will be pivotal in fostering patient relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating seamlessly within the dental team.
  • Commitment: Demonstrate a dedication to ethical practices and patient-centered care.
  • Continuous Learning: Proficiency in using modern dental technologies and a willingness to stay updated through continuous education are essential.
