Job Summary:
Nissan of Venice is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of new and pre-owned vehicles and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time individual contributor role with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer experiences. The position is based in Venice, Florida and offers a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates and provide coaching, training, and support to achieve individual and dealership sales goals

- Daily phone calls to follow up with traffic / leads
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Work with sales team to identify and target potential customers, build relationships, and generate leads
- Conduct sales meetings, trainings, and other sales-related activities to continuously improve team performance
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop and adjust sales tactics
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers
- Maintain a deep understanding of Nissan products and services, as well as financing and leasing options
- Ensure compliance with dealership procedures, policies, and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role
- Strong leadership skills and proven experience in motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with customers and team members
- Advanced knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and methods
- Proficient in using Elead, Vauto and Dealertrack systems and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
