Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst at Farming First Holdings LLC plays a crucial role on the team, offering comprehensive financial analysis, accounting support, and strategic planning insights that help to maintain a compliant and financially healthy organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to forecast trends and identify business opportunities.
• Generate and present weekly KPI’s to the Sales Team, Cultivation Team, Processing Team, and other key business sectors as required.
• Prepare, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of financial reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Oversee invoice processing, creation, tracking, and collections to maintain low overdue accounts receivable.
• Execute monthly account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in financial and internal control audits.
• Collaborate on budget preparation and expenditure monitoring with management, and specific departments.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and costing in coordination with various departments.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis, general accounting, invoicing, and collections.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent project management skills with attention to urgency and deadlines.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
