This role will keep you busy. Some elements of the job include:

All types of work done to keep properties well maintained. This can include everything from clearing a sink to touch up painting to troubleshooting a TV issue.

Weekend work - The schedule can be flexible, but will require working on some weekend days

Occasional after hours calls

Drivers license, vehicle and no criminal record.

4 or 5 day work weeks (40 hours)
