SmilesHUB is seeking professionals who can handle duties of dental assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare the operatory and equipment
  • Greet patient and get patient ready
  • Talk to patients during the right times with compassion and empathy
  • Aid Doctor smoothly and unobtrusively
  • Assist doctor during exam and treatment while maintaining comfort and safety needs of each patient.
  • Maintain patients record and coordinate patient flow
  • Handle inventory and supplies

Qualification and skills

  • Experience in dental field preferred but no required
  • Flexible scheduling including early and evening hours
  • Excellent customer service skills and hospitality
  • Compassionate, hardworking, lively, adaptable, punctual, detail oriented and always ready to help
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and work well with the team
  • Reliable - you know how to show up and deliver
  • Enjoys work and at the same time be productive and efficient
