The role involves a range of accounting responsibilities in a telecom provider environment, with emphasis on Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Month End Close processes. Responsibilities:• Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify the company's records are consistent with the bank statements• Maintain the general ledger, recording all financial transactions and ensuring the ledger is up to date• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring each entry is accurate and complete• Conduct month end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and reports• Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports for decision-making purposes• Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and procedures• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards• Communicate with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulators, as necessary.
