Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The Service Writer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their service needs - Communicate with service technicians to determine vehicle issues and repairs needed - Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates for customers - Coordinate vehicle drop-off and pick-up with customers - Explain repair recommendations to customers in a clear and understandable manner - Upsell additional services or maintenance as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience in automotive repair or service writing preferred - Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience with cash handling is a plus - Familiarity with diesel engine repair, auto body repair, or mechanical knowledge is advantageous - Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive service environment, interact with customers, and contribute to the overall success of the service department.
