New Beginnings Preschool is Hiring a Teacher Assistant Near Visalia, CA

```Duties:```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational activities and lesson plans
- Provide support and supervision to children in the classroom
- Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play
- Assist with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess children's progress and development

```Skills:```
- Childcare experience, such as babysitting or working in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong classroom management skills
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children

As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in providing a quality educational experience for young learners. Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
