About This Role
Under the supervision or direction of a Kitchen Supervisor or Chef, the Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and dishes for final execution or firing by chefs and supervisors as well as packaging and preparing food for delivery to event venues. Additionally, the Prep Cook will assist in the kitchen with any required tasks including, but not limited to, stocking of food and other items, cleaning, and caring for kitchen equipment while practicing safe food handling. Energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the work, the people, and the customers are key to achieving success in this role.
