Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation
- Assess and evaluate student progress to provide constructive feedback
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
Requirements:
- Atleast have associate degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification or license as per pennsylvania state requirements
- Proven experience in teaching, preferably in the relevant subject area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of diverse student populations
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success
