Position : Food Services Worker
Location : Bronxville, NY

Position Details :
- Title : Food Services Worker
- Date Range : 07 / 01 / 2024 - 08 / 29 / 2024
- Shift : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm (includes a 30-minute break)
- Department : Food Services - 758405
- Schedule : 1199-59-day assignment with varying shifts between 7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm and 4 : 00 pm - 8 : 00 pm, including weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform a variety of duties related to the preparation and serving of food to patients.
- Ensure proper tray line setup and production, following established protocols and standards.
- Interact with patients courteously and follow up to ensure satisfaction with meal services.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with other food service staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage inventory and supplies, restocking items as needed to support meal preparation and service.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in food service or a similar role preferred.
- Ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks related to food preparation and service.
