Overview:
Join Wildwood's first and only coffee roaster as a Barista. Be part of a dynamic coffee shop environment where you can showcase your passion for coffee and customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service, take orders, and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop
- Restock inventory and monitor supplies
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately
- Uphold food safety standards in food preparation and storage
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista required with demonstration expected during the interview.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee blends
