Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our location in Roann, IN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, resolving any customer issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
