Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience is required.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Office 365 is required.
- Install and maintain PCs, associated software, networks, servers and peripherals.
- Experience with software troubleshooting, remote assistance, and ticketing systems etc.
- Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Ensure client specific Service Level Agreements are met.
- Ensure incident and request tickets are updated within the ticketing system.
