What We're Looking For
The Assurance Manager reports to the Senior Director of Accounting & Audit Policy within Financial Services. This position provides oversight and testing to ensure compliance with operations deemed to be high risk, such as: Federal and state sponsored program funding, Federal Title IV funding, and intercollegiate Athletics operations. This position monitors significant internal control risk areas, such as: procurement transactions, cash receipts, asset valuation, and reviews for segregation of duties (through process mapping).
A Bachelor's degree, five years of experience, and a CPA is required. A Master's degree and eight years of experience is preferred. Experience with process improvements preferred.
A hybrid work arrangement will be considered based on day to day needs of role.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
