Responsibilities:
The position of customer service team member is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to all customers.
This position uses in-depth knowledge of our company products and programs and communicates effectively with team members within the customer service, sales, and fulfillment departments.
Ensure our customers are confident in the order process and their choice to use our products.
Provides timely information regarding products and order status.
Participate in sample pack preparation for distribution to customers.
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Ensure the work area is clean, accessible, and safe for all personnel.
Works as a partner with the VP of Sales and sales team to meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
Collaboration with the team leader to suggest improvements to work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
Essential Functions:
Work with customers to build relationships, enter orders, and follow up on concerns.
Participate in sample pack preparation for distribution to customers.
Ensure the work area is clean, accessible, and safe for all personnel.
Works as a partner to territory managers to meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requires regular and reliable attendance.
