Construction Project Manager

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall construction project delivery on multiple project assignments
  • Maintain safety standards in every aspect of every project
  • Manage and contribute to the pre-construction process
  • Develop and manager project schedules
  • Manage pay applications
  • Mange project budgets and analyze job costs
  • Manage project labor, equipment and supply needs
  • Provide support to project personnel
  • RFI, Submittal and Change Management
  • Resolve construction related issues and disputes on the project
  • Manage and conduct project close-out activities

Experience and Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or Construction Engineering
  • 5 years of construction industry experience for commercial construction projects preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems/components and technology, contract management and various project delivery methods
  • Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, designer and subcontractors
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • OSHA 30 hour training
