Job Position: Business Manager (Part time)
CommTank, Inc., a multimillion-dollar enterprise specializing in the installation, inspection, maintenance and repair of tanks and related equipment, has an immediate opening for a part time experienced Business Manager to join our team.
Job Overview:
The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our business operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive growth and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Work with the senior management team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Drive business development efforts, including identifying new markets and potential clients
- Monitor financial performance, analyze profit loss statements, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across departments
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization
