**Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to residents in our facility. **Duties:** - Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming - Provide emotional support and companionship to residents - Monitor and record vital signs - Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Help residents with mobility and transfers - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents - Uphold resident rights and dignity - Provide direct support in accordance with individual care plans **Experience:** - Experience in senior care, home care, or working with people with developmental disabilities preferred - Knowledge of caregiving practices and techniques - Ability to perform tasks such as vital sign monitoring and direct support - Strong communication skills and empathy towards residents - Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Joining our team as a Resident Assistant offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
