We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor to join our team. As a School Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional well-being of our students. You will work closely with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide guidance and counseling services. Duties:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students on various topics such as mental health, behavior management, and social skills development.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop strategies for addressing student needs and concerns.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, challenges, and areas for growth.
- Assist students in setting academic and personal goals.
- Educate students on topics such as conflict resolution, decision-making skills, and career exploration.
- Support students with special needs or disabilities by providing appropriate accommodations and resources.
- Promote cultural diversity awareness and provide counseling services that are inclusive and sensitive to students' backgrounds.
- Collaborate with other school professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

- Strong background in mental health counseling and experience working with children.
