Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. A Series 7 license is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

- Oversee daily operational activities within the firm.

- Manage licensing, new business submissions, reporting, and administrative responsibilities.

- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

2. Compliance Oversight:

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.

- Conduct regular compliance audits and reviews.

- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and implement necessary adjustments to company policies and procedures.

- Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.

3. Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.

- Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.

- Maintain documentation of compliance and risk management activities.

4. Client Support:

- Address and resolve client inquiries related to operations and compliance.

- Ensure high standards of client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Series 7 license is required.

-Life Insurance license is required

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of securities regulations and industry best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

-Proficiency with Excel and MS Office Suite
