  • Assists business visitors-greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Performs various accounting functions including:
    • Accounts payable/receivable
    • Setting up new vendor accounts
    • Entering purchase orders, invoices and projects in the system(supply chain, production planning, etc)
  • Manages fixed assets
  • Maintains sanitation of administration office, break rooms, and facilities.
  • Purchase all miscellaneous items for production areas.
  • Backup to the Purchasing Buyer.
  • Performs various shipping and receiving tasks including entering in to the system.
  • Liaise with other departments or functions
  • Coordinate training sessions, seminars, and orientations
  • Other duties as assigned
