SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Direct Hire role with our client located in Washington County, PA.
Work Environment: Hybrid with limited on-site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Controller with month end closing, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis
- Maintain and updated fixed assets
- Assist in preparing financial reporting packages, or ad-hoc analysis
- Contribute to the annual operating plan and prepare monthly forecast
- Assist with pulling documents and information for internal and external audit requests
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned, and special projects
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- B.S. in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of related experience in G/L accounting and financial analysis
- Background in Manufacturing/ERP experiences desired
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Flexibility to work overtime at month end and year end, as needed to meet corporate deadlines
