Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Duties:
- Install, upgrade, and monitor software and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in person, via phone, or remotely
- Set up and configure new equipment
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals

Skills:
- Proficiency in VPN, SCCM, DNS, TCP/IP
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and IT infrastructure
- Experience with firewalls and mobile devices
- Familiarity with Mac OS is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent technical support
