Kennebec Behavioral Health, recognized as one of Maine's Best Places to work in 2021, 2022 and 2023, is currently seeking a detail-oriented, enthusiastic Patient Financial Services Representative to work in our Waterville office. The Patient Financial Services Rep will be responsible for processing all work related to Commercial, Medicare and MaineCare claims. This would include claims for outstanding and denied claims for resubmission for payment. This full-time position also does a daily cash sheet for all incoming payments from the mail and assists with any overflow of phone calls. Work scheduled is 5 days a week.
Requirements Position requires an Associate's degree in business or three years equivalent experience in medical billing.
