The HR Manager will support and partner with the site leadership team to effectively deliver HR programs, employee engagement and business results while managing all aspects of site-level Human Resources. In this role you will focus on the development, implementation, and management of company initiatives.
Your day to day:
The Watervliet, NY site has 4 unions, and you would be responsible for ensuring that the plant leadership team operates within the parameters of the contracts. Managing grievances, ensuring they are properly addressed, ultimately resolved, and participates as a key member of the negotiations team.
