Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious pastries. You must have experience in commercial baking and ensuring food safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of baked goods such as bread, cookies, and pastries
- Follow recipes and adhere to food quality standards
- Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking process and adjust temperatures as needed
- Decorate cookies using icing, glazes, and other toppings
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill catering orders

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of baking techniques and cookie-making
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail in cookie decoration
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Culinary or baking certification is a HUGE plus (Food Handler required, Food Manager preferred)
