**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
**Experience and Requirements:**
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as an office manager or office administrator in pain management, orthopedic, podiatry or spine surgery practices.
- Must understand the different health insurance plans including motor vehicle accidents.
- Must be familiarity with basic office equipment like printers, copiers, etc.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing and data entry on Excel sheets.
- Ability to multitask, calendar management, tasks organization and scheduling.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle scheduling, including appointments and meetings arrangements
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases
- Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
