Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Report to work on time as scheduled and ready to work.
- Maintain multiple records, logs, and reports, both electronic and physical for multiple corporate companies.
- Answer multiple phone lines.
- General Office Manager duties including coordinating office maintenance, upkeep, and supplies.
- Process shipments and mail with UPS, FedEx and Stamps.com and distribute the same accordingly.
- Conduct projects, research or other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years office experience orassociates
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Have excellent follow up skills, with the ability to see tasks through to successful conclusion.
- Possess solid Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel & Access)
Pay Rate
- Hourly pay rate based on experience.
