Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The Construction Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction & property maintenance projects. This role requires strong time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of construction management processes.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using Cloud Based CRM or other construction management software
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Review and interpret estimates and construction documents
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferred or Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of educational qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Experience level:
- Minimum 2 years in Project Coordination
- 2 years construction experience preferred
- 2 years property maintenance experience preferred
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
