Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with Reliable Aftermarket Parts. This position is responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service representatives who provide exceptional support to our customers. The Customer Service Manager will oversee all aspects of customer service operations, including order processing, issue resolution, and customer relationship management.


Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations for the team, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed proactively.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless customer service across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the automotive or aftermarket parts industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Knowledge of agricultural, construction, lawn & garden parts and systems is a plus.
