Essential Personnel has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a well-established company in Webster City, IA. Ideal candidate will ensure materials are received, recorded, tracked and paid correctly. Work closely with internal and external clients.
Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Clerk:
Responsible for all accounts payable activites
Maintain and monitor for fraudelent activities
Enter all PO into electronic inventory system
Verify all inventory and receipts
Review Product Cost and work with vendors for better pricing
Requirements for Accounts Payable Clerk:
Detail Oriented with high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
excellent verbal and written communication
Microsoft Office
Multi task and change deadlines
Self directed
maintain confidentiality
Punctual and reliable
Spanish bilingual skill and previous AP experience is a plus
