Responsibilities:
- Receive payables- review all invoices (enter & post to GL and vendor account)
- Issue payment to vendors through check, ACH, etc.
- Reconcile vendor statements to account activity as received
- Comcheck/EFS administration and reconciliation
- Company credit card administration and reconciliation
- Month end driver / AP preliminary account reconciliation, any associated journal entries
- Coordinate 1099 administrations
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a post-hire drug screen, background check and employment verification
