As a Property Manager, you will use your organization, customer service and problem solving skills to provide an exceptional client experience. Working with property owners, tenants and third party vendors, you will manage investor relations, tenant relations, maintenance, advertising and financial accounts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Investor/Owner Relations including: acquisition and negotiation of rental agreements, timely communication of rental/maintenance schedules and associated costs, property status, delinquencies and tenant requests, lease agreements, etc.
  • Tenant Relations including: rent collection and tracking, timely resolve of maintenance requests, tenant requests, enforcing current rental laws, regulations and lease agreements
  • Maintain optimal rental occupancy through strategic advertising. Marketing on Zillow, Facebook, Craigslist, etc.
  • Tenant placement including: review of tenant applications, checking references/background/previous rental history, showing properties to prospective tenants, creating and executing lease agreements
  • Accomplish financial objectives by collecting and tracking rents, security deposits, expenses, forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, timely scheduling of maintenance, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action
  • Accomplish upkeep/care objectives by investigating and resolving tenant inquiries, enforcing rules of occupancy, property inspections, placing work orders with appropriate contractors, scheduling cleaning and routine maintenance
  • Administrative and clerical services, data entry, generating reports and monthly owner statements
  • Promptly and professionally answer and return phone calls, voicemail, emails and texts

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License
  • Experience working in team setting

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
  • Must be able to stand and walk up to 30 minutes at a time
