Position Description
VENTEON Finance is hiring an Accountant to handle AP and AR (no payroll).
POSITION TYPE: Full Time. Direct Hire. Onsite.
PAY: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Requirements of the Accountant:
- Experienced working in QuickBooks for Accounting.
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Degree nice, not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good time management skills.
Duties of the Accountant:
- Accounts Payable Processing.
- Accounts Receivable processing.
- Writing 50-60 check per month.
- Well versed in QuickBooks.
- Experience with the construction industry, specifically draws, is a plus!
- Administrative overflow.
- Assist in processing paper, ACH, and wire payments to vendors.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Answer queries from Vendors.
- Retrieve vendor invoices and check for accuracy.
